DevSum16: Robert Luciani - Next-Gen Machine Learning with Julia and MXNet
Ta del av Robert Lucianis session Next-Gen Machine Learning with Julia and MXNet
This session is a fun and demo-filled introduction to the power of deep learning and modern data science. I will be working with two tools:
– MXNet is a fast and memory efficient deep learning framework that allows you to mix symbolic and imperative programming. The library is portable across languages and platforms, and it scales to multiple GPUs and machines.
– Julia is a high-performance programming language for numerical and scientific computing. It uses LLVM for JIT compilation, supports metaprogramming like Lisp, has a syntax similar to Matlab, and is designed for distributed computation.
